Making A Purchase Ordering could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and enter the quantity then click on the add to order button. On some pages you will find a single add to order button at the bottom, this has been set up to allow our customers to enter quantities against all the parts required on that page and with a single click they are all added to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, click on the "Check Out" button or the "TICK" icon at the top of the page and you will be asked for all the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you wish to change or see what is currently in your shopping basket then just click on the "View Cart Button". From here you will be able to delete or change quantities currently in your basket, once you have finished modifying your basket just click "Update".

All credit card details are held on a secure server separate from the main shopping site, this area may take a little longer due to this encryption process - we ask for you to be patient and please do not click any of the buttons more than once, during busy periods you order can take a little longer.

Description Of Goods - All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. If you require detailed specifications or information, then please contact us.

Remember we accept all major credit cards VISA, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO ELECTRON, DELTA We do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS or DINERS CLUB.

We now accept paypal for all online orders, to use paypal change the payment method from credit card to paypal when you reach the payment page at the end of the checkout.

SMALL ORDER HANDLING FEE - All orders with a net value of £20.00 or less will have a £2.00 handling charge added to the order automatically. This charge has been introduced to cover the rising costs for processing small orders and costs levied by the banking industry for processing card payments.
Shipping And HandlingCarriage is charged on all orders, these chargesare added automatically but the customer must select their correct postcode area. If an incorrect carriage charge is applied we will contact you directly before processing your order. Please select the correct delivery area when you checkout using the list below which explains these charges. Delivery charges vary depending on your post code area and the length of the longest item. If you select the wrong postcode area we will change this when we process your order.

Due to our super low cost delivery charges we optimise all orders to ensure the most economical and enviromentally friendly routes, this means that your order may take more than 7 days to arrive. We cover most of the UK once every two weeks but depending on the time of year and what day you place your order it might be possible to dispatch your order within a day or two.

We advise customer that they do not book any contractors until they have recieved their order and ensured it is correct to their requirements.

Delivery to Northen Ireland and surrounding isles is possible and we advise customers to contact us directly, Please do not place orders online as these will not be processed.


CUSTOMER NOTICE - All Plastic Building Materials should be kept flat during transport and storage. If the items are to be stacked then care must be taken not to overload the stack so as to crush the low products, it it extremely important that all materials are covered with a LIGHT-PROOF sheet to prevent direct sunlight over heating the interior of the stack.
Delivery Schedule Delivery times vary depending on the products ordered, larger items are delivered on our own vehicles and are normally delivered in 3 - 10 days. Small items, items that can be boxed e.g silicon, screws e.t.c. maybe dispatched by express carrier.

C&A Building Plastics always endeavours to adhere to delivery estimates but they are unfortunately estimates and with the best intentions and the most efficient systems, things sometimes do go wrong, these are nearly always outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. We always attempt to contact customers 24-48 hours before delivery to advise them of the proposed delivery time. If a delivery time has been agreed and the delivery attempted but failed then repeated deliveries will be charged at the same rate.

Back Orders Availability Of Goods - All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Tax Charges VAT- Throughout this site we show Prices including & excluding VAT. VAT is currently charged at the standard rate of 20%. We do not sell any item at zero rated VAT. All discounts are taken from the Net Price and VAT is added to the sub total. For a full list of our discount structure please see our latest catalogue. If you require a delivery outside the UK please place your order and we will then quote the correct delivery charge and VAT to your delivery destination. We will not charge your Credit Card until total costs and terms have been agreed.
Credit Card Security All customer's personal details and credit card information is collected on our secure server. This server has been issued with a SSL Certificate. You will be transfered to our secure server once you proceed to the check out, this is noticed by the change in the URL (the http changes to https), some browsers will change the url bar to yellow. You might also notice the golden padlock somewhere in your browser window. Credit Card details are only ever handled by C & A Supplies Ltd, we never use a third party to process website orders. Guarantee Suitability - No goods are sold as fit for any particular purpose. Customers must satisfy themselves that materials ordered conform to any codes relevant to the site and that the design and construction of a building for which they are used is to standards of good building practice. Hints and work practice advice given in the catalogue and over the telephone are given in good faith but C&A Building Plastics cannot be held responsible for interpretations made of such that are those not intended by C&A Building Plastics. Due to batch production, C&A cannot guarantee a colour match where materials are supplied on separate orders. Most of the products featured on this site come with manufacturers guarantees, if you are unsure and wish to check then please email or call us.

Returns Policy Returns Policy for C&A Building Plastics - At C&A Building Plastics we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. To help you with this process please read our returns policy below.

Consumer Law - We agree to meet the obligations set out under the consumer protection laws currently in force, which includes: The Sale of Goods Act 1979; The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; The Consumer Credit Act 1974; The Trade Descriptions Act 1968; The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and The 1994 Regulations; The Consumer Protection Act 1987; and The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Order Cancellations - You have the right to cancel your order at any time before a confirmed delivery date free of charge. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of those goods and you are required to notify us in writing within this time. It is also your responsibility for the safe return of the goods to us, including the cost of doing so. DO NOT RETURN ANY GOODS BEFORE CONTACTING US.

If you do decide to cancel your order or wish to return your products to C&A Building Plastics we will refund your credit card to the amount originally paid for the goods within 30 days of receiving the goods, in a saleable condition, at the branch the order has been placed. Delivery charges are non refundable.

Special order or made-to-order items cannot be returned, if you wish to cancel special or made-to-order products whilst in manufacturing then you must send written notification to this effect, charges will be made for costs incurred up to the time written notification has been received. Returning an Item - Damage - In the unlikely event you should receive your goods damaged it is your responsibility to notify us within 72 hours of receipt that an item has been received damaged and ensure that any delivery notes or carrier paperwork has been signed to indicate that the product is damaged. Please ensure you check all quantities delivered against the delivery paperwork and note shortages against the drivers documentation. We will arrange a replacement item for you when we have received the goods into stock and they have been checked.

Returning an Item - Risk - As soon as the product(s) have been delivered to your door, you, the customer, are responsible for said goods. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. Delivered goods are the customers responsibility, and any loss or damage to the goods shall be at the customers own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery or consignment note at the time of delivery. If you require the goods to be left without a signature, you must advise us in writing that you accept full responsibility for any loss, damage or missing items.

Returning an Item - Incorrect/Non Delivery - If you receive incorrect goods it is your responsibility to notify us within 72 hours of receipt at which point we will make the necessary arrangements. We can only accept liability for non-deliveries if we are notified within 3 days of the advised/anticipated delivery date.

Returning an Item - Faulty - In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty on delivery, or within 28 days of receipt, please contact our sales office on 0207 474 0474 within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Please be aware you are responsible for ensuring the product is suitably packaged for return. The goods must be returned in the original packaging. The cost of any damage caused due to insufficient packaging will be charged to you. This charge will be at least 15% of the purchase value. Once the goods are received back in our premises the fault will be verified and a replacement order will be sent out to you. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange.
Remittance Terms Payment and Price - The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices. Also, for the imposition of any taxes or duties, if due to an error or omission in the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Typographical Errors - In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
