These Brett Martin hatch access roof domes provide safe easy access to your flat roof space for roof maintenance or an emergency exit. Featuring lockable internal handles for security and opening, the hinged clear triple glazed polycarbonate roof dome lid is fitted with gas springs / struts to facilitate a secure 90 degree opening, these gas rams allow for safe roof access without the roof dome lid flapping about getting in the way or being damaged. These access roof domes are triple glazed with strong clear polycarbonate sheet for security, insulation, and maximum light and we fit them with the trickle hit or miss vents to allow airflow without having to open the lid.
