The CandA Club

All discounts are on core product ranges which include the following but not solely limited to:

Polycarbonate Roofing Sheets and Glazing Bars 
Fascia, Soffit and Guttering 
PVC Cladding and Trims 
Corrugated Roofing Sheets 
Bath and Shower Wall Panels and Trims 
Discount is not applicable on any products that are special order or are already discounted which includes Clearance materials and multi buy products. 

The scheme discount structure is calculated from our standard list price and is a set percentage discount from these values. If there is a change in our standard list prices then the trade club discount price will change but you will still receive the same percentage discount. 

Anyone can join the CandA Club, but it is designed to be most beneficial to:

• The regular repeat buyer who purchases throughout the year but may not have benefited from our previous Bulk Order systems.
• The customer with Bulk Orders who may purchase less frequently.

Simply buy a 12-month membership over the phone, on the counter or online. This will take a couple of days to be activated on your account, and after which you will then benefit from 10% discounts for the following 12 months. Please note orders must be on your account it is set up on, do not create duplicate accounts as the membership is only on one account.

The joining fee is £100 +vat, this means that once you have spent £1,000 +vat that you have broken even, and any regular spending over this level will give you clear savings. This is why this club is of real benefit to the regular user, or the user with the very large project.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

The CandA club status stops at the end of 12 months and a new application needs to be completed.

At the sole discretion of CandA the club status can be removed at any time for what it deems a ‘reasonable’ reason. Such instance includes abuse of the account & discount by letting others use your account, but other forms of account / behaviour misconduct may apply. Any Club Status removal will put the account back to standard terms.

When you agree to join the CandA Club, you are free to cancel at any time however no refunds will be given in respect of the annual membership. From time to time, we may have to make changes to these terms & conditions, and you will be notified when this happens. Should you not agree to these changes then you must advise us, and your membership will be cancelled. Any membership cancelled by the customer will mean your account will be put back on to the standard pricing structure. If you have an order in the system and you cancel before this has been invoiced then the discount will be removed from that order, this will mean the cost of the order will increase to standard non club rates.  

The CandA Club rules are in addition to the standard terms and conditions, all other terms and conditions not related to the club pricing and membership status still apply.
