Sanctuary wall-plate is an aluminium extrusion that is ‘ C ‘ in shape to allow the bars to be easily fixed and flashed at the same time. Strong and robust the wall-plate is simply screwed or bolted to the brick behind with silicone applied behind it so ensure a water seal between the aluminium and wall.
